Product development
From technical brief to approved production sample
A successful OEM program begins with a controlled specification. We review intended use, measurements, materials, construction, artwork, decoration placement, size range, labels, packing, quantity, and target delivery before sampling. Buyers can provide a complete tech pack, send a physical reference, or develop from one of our catalog styles.
Sample feedback is recorded before bulk approval so changes to fit, color, branding, or construction are resolved early. The approved sample and production file then become the working reference for manufacturing and future repeat orders.

Quality control
Inspection against the approved specification
Quality checks can cover measurements, material and shade consistency, stitching, decoration placement, logo appearance, glove pairing, labeling, packing, and carton marks. Inspection requirements should be agreed before production so the finished order can be evaluated against defined criteria rather than subjective expectations.
Export preparation
Packing and documentation for international buyers
Orders can be prepared with individual polybags, size stickers, barcodes, hangtags, assortment instructions, and export cartons. Commercial invoices, packing lists, carton details, and agreed shipping terms are coordinated for the buyer’s nominated route.
Send a tech pack or a reference sample
Development samples typically take 7–12 days for development samples. Bulk after approval is 12–16 working days for standard 50-unit apparel orders after approvals.
