Do you sell to individual retail customers?
Beera Sports is a B2B manufacturer. We work with clubs, schools, distributors, retailers, and private-label brands. If you need a single personal kit, we recommend purchasing through one of our wholesale partners.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Typical MOQs are 50 units per style and color for uniforms, 100 pairs for most gloves, and 30 suits for motorbike programs. Mixed size runs inside one colorway are welcome. We can discuss lower first-order MOQs when a longer seasonal program is planned.
Can you produce our existing design or only your catalog styles?
Both. Catalog products are starting points. Send a tech pack, a previous sample, or artwork and we will develop an OEM or ODM version with your fit, fabrics, and branding.
How do samples and lead times work?
Development samples usually take 7–12 days after artwork and measurements are confirmed. A standard 50-unit apparel order may take about 12–16 working days after all approvals. Gloves, technical products, larger quantities, leather baseball gloves, and motorbike suits require longer; each product page shows quantity-based estimates.
Which decoration methods do you offer?
Full sublimation, embroidery, tackle twill, heat transfer, and screen print. Gloves can use woven labels, printed backs, stamped leather, and custom packaging. We will recommend a method based on fabric, wash expectations, and budget.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes. We regularly prepare export cartons, packing lists, and commercial documents for buyers in North America, Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and Asia. Freight terms can be discussed on each quote.
Do you offer private-label packaging?
Yes. Custom neck labels, hangtags, polybags, header cards, and barcode stickers are available. Share your packaging dielines or ask us to propose a simple retail-ready set.
How should I request a quote?
Use the Request a Quote form with company details, target products, quantities, decoration notes, and destination country. If you have artwork or a spec sheet, mention it in the message and we will reply with the best way to receive the files.
Can you match a competitor sample?
We can develop from a physical sample you send or from detailed photos plus measurements. We will not copy protected trademarks or league marks that you do not have rights to use.
What information do you need for a first order?
Company name, destination, product list, quantities and size ratios, artwork or pantone references, decoration placements, and any packaging or labeling rules. The more complete the brief, the faster we can lock costing and a sample date.
